Reheat Food Instructions
We hope you enjoy your meals. Please review the heating instructions below and don’t hesitate to contact us at 317-742-9240 with questions. For your convenience, the container can be used in the microwave or conventional oven. DO NOT USE A TRAY IN THE TOASTER OVEN.
- Temperature: Reheat food to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F, as measured by a food thermometer.
- Time: Reheat food from 41° F to 165° F within two hours. If it takes longer, throw it away.
- Cover: Cover food to retain moisture and ensure even heating.
- Microwave: For even heating, cover and rotate food in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. You can also add some liquid and vent the lid to allow steam to escape.
- Stove: Place food in a pan and heat thoroughly.
- Oven: Place food in the oven at a temperature of at least 325° F.
- Sauces, soups, and gravies: Bring to a full, rolling boil and stir while heating.
- Discard: Discard after 4 days of being in the refrigerator.
- Freeze: Immediately once received.
